The chosen applicant will be in charge of aggressively locating and interacting with potential clients in order to market goods forwarding and logistics services. Creating income, closing lucrative commercial transactions, and overseeing important accounts to maintain client retention and happiness are all part of the job.
• To continuously achieve or surpass sales goals, find, cultivate, and acquire new business possibilities in the goods forwarding and logistics industry. • Create and preserve enduring connections with your clients by offering outstanding customer service and customised logistics solutions. • To find possible customers and comprehend the competitive environment, do in-depth market research. • Create and execute proposals and presentations that highlight the company's advantages and skills to prospective customers. • Work closely with the operations team and negotiate contract conditions with clients to guarantee that agreed-upon services are provided. • Meet with important clients on a regular basis to learn about their continuing requirements and make sure the company's services are meeting their expectations. • Handle client problems and issues proactively, cooperating with other departments to find quick solutions. • To draw in new clients, work with the marketing division to develop focused advertising campaigns, collateral, and other marketing plans. • To give clients well-informed recommendations, stay up to date on the most recent developments in the industry, laws, and best practices. • Follow up with customers after a sale to make sure they are satisfied, promote repeat business, and get referrals. • To manage the sales pipeline, record customer interactions, and provide sales reports for management review, use a CRM system.
• Three to five years of proven sales experience in the goods moving sector. • A solid grasp of sales performance indicators and the capacity to conclude deals. • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities. • The capacity to establish rapport and uphold client happiness. • Expertise in efficiently handling several accounts. • Must be results-oriented and have a history of meeting financial goals. • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and the Microsoft Office Suite. • It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a similar discipline.
