Software Development Manager

Overview

In order to maximise team performance, you will oversee and guide developers, promote a collaborative culture, and push for process enhancements. This position is best suited for someone who can strike a balance between managing people and technical expertise, enabling each team member to develop and contribute to high-caliber outputs.

• Oversee and guide the technical development of a group of developers. • Maintain control over software development procedures and maximise delivery schedules • Encourage a culture of transparency, safety, and ongoing development. • Work together across departments to match business and technical objectives.

Requirements

• Computer science bachelor's degree or related experience • Over five years of experience with full-stack web development, including JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js • More than two years in a technical leadership position • Excellent problem-solving abilities and familiarity with working in remote teams
