Overview

The marketing specialist will be in charge of designing marketing materials, doing market research, analysing campaign performance, and planning and implementing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conducting research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions. • Campaign Development: Designing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote products or services and boost brand awareness. • Content Creation: Developing content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns, to engage with the target audience. • Data Analysis: Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies using key metrics and adjusting tactics to improve results. • Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels. • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and retention.

Requirements

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis • Originality and creative thinking • Capacity to function both individually and in a team • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar discipline
