Financial Research Analyst

Overview

To join our team, we are looking for a Financial Research Analyst that is very analytical and meticulous. A solid foundation in financial analysis, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to convert intricate financial data into useful insights are characteristics of the perfect applicant. In order to support investment and business decisions, the Financial Research Analyst will be in charge of carrying out in-depth research, analysing financial accounts, assessing economic data, and formulating strategic suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate financial markets, sectors, and specific businesses in-depth. • To evaluate financial health, examine income statements, balance sheets, and financial statements. • Create financial projections and models to aid in decision-making. • Keep up of recent economic developments, trends, and financial news. • Create thorough reports and presentations to share conclusions and suggestions. • To contribute strategically, work together with investment teams, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders. • Analyse current investments' performance and recommend portfolio modifications as necessary. • Utilise both qualitative and quantitative research techniques to guide your investing plans. • Encourage the creation of investment theses and spot possible expansion prospects. • To find possible financial risks and create mitigation plans, do risk analysis.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar discipline is required; a master's degree or CFA credential is advantageous. • Two or more years of expertise in research, financial analysis, or a similar sector. • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, data analytic tools, and financial modelling. • Familiarity with systems for financial research. • Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking. • Strong ability to analyse and solve problems. • The capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group. • Devoted to correctness and thoroughness and detail-oriented.
