Product Quality Associate

Overview

To oversee our production operations and quality control procedures, we are looking for a meticulous Production Quality Associate. To provide our farmers with high-quality products, this position blends practical production management with quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily manufacture of organic fertiliser and charcoal. • Optimise production procedures and efficiency to guarantee product quality through testing and monitoring. • Keep equipment and inventories up to date. • Take the lead in projects aimed at improving quality. • Oversee the members of the production crew. • Put environmental and safety procedures into action.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, agricultural science, soil science, soil chemistry, or a similar discipline • Experience in manufacturing or production • Knowledge of quality control • Skills in inventory management • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail • Multilingualism - ability to speak several Ghanaian languages • Strong physical endurance for production tasks, excellent mobility, and a readiness to move when necessary • Dedication to sustainable environmental practices • High degree of cultural and environmental flexibility • Outstanding leadership abilities in the community in a variety of cultural circumstances
