The ideal applicant will have worked in a start-up or scale-up setting before.
• Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. • Assisting with the goods delivery. • Delivering weekly updates on the results of conversations with suppliers and their customers, along with comments and suggestions. • Making use of our operating and warehousing management systems. • Keeping track of information about complaints, remarks, and questions. • Maintaining a log of all communications and transactions with customers.
• Bachelors Degree, Diploma or Equivalent in business or related fielda • Knowledge of relevant applications and hardware • Knowledge of administrative procedures • Ecommerce Knowledge • Prior experience working with delivery agents in ecommerce
