Create and carry out strategic sales programs to meet revenue goals and business objectives.
• To guarantee excellent performance and productivity, manage, inspire, and lead the sales staff. • To increase sales, cultivate and preserve connections with important customers, distributors, and partners. • Find new markets and commercial opportunities to increase the company's clientele. • Examine market trends and sales data to find areas that could use improvement and expansion. • Develop successful sales campaigns and tactics by working together with teams from product development, marketing, and other departments. • Track and assess the sales team's performance, offering coaching, training, and criticism as required. • Create predictions and sales reports on a regular basis for management's consideration. • Keep up with market changes, competition activity, and industry trends. • Make sure that the company's rules, processes, and legal obligations are followed.
• Be a resident of Tema or a nearby community. • It is advantageous to have prior sales expertise in the food industry, particularly in the frozen foods sector. • Five years or more of experience • The position involves both fieldwork and office work. • A marketing degree is required.
