In order to advertise the hospital's services and reach a larger audience, the Marketing Specialist will be in charge of duties like customer service, sales, market research, communication, and marketing strategy.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activity. • Create comprehensive marketing plans, budgets, and timelines. • Craft compelling content (social media, email, blog posts, press releases). • Develop and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity. • Ensure consistent messaging across channels. • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation. • Analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies. • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. • Gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Skills in customer service and communication • Proficiency in both online and offline marketing strategy and market research • Healthcare sales and marketing management abilities • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent ability to establish and sustain relationships with others • Capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group • A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is necessary. • Preferable knowledge of optics and eye care • Marketing master's degree • Taking part in Ad Hoc initiatives
