Prospecting and revenue growth within a certain geographic market (West Africa) will be your responsibilities. To maximise revenue prospects, the position will also include tight coordination with the regional sales team. Attending industry events and providing customer service may necessitate some travel.
• Finding new clients and pitching them on solutions • utilising LinkedIn and other tools for social selling, outbound telemarketing, and following up on local prospects. • Performing suitable consultative selling procedures, such as product presentations, tender responses, and demos • Understanding the use cases and value proposition for the designated territory and portfolio • Being in charge of contract negotiations, preparation, and sale closing. • Keeping abreast of market trends and advancements, including significant regulatory changes and new product introductions • Creating and keeping up a successful sales territory plan, • Maintaining a precise log of every client interaction, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM.
• Possess the ability to interact and establish rapport with clients in an efficient manner. • Have a strong work ethic and be results-oriented. • Possess the ability to prioritise work and efficiently manage time • Know how to use technology, such as Microsoft Office and CRM applications. • Own a track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals. • Familiarity with a tried-and-true sales technique (such as SPIN or insight selling)
