AGRICULTURAL AUDITOR

Responsibilities

- Perform GLOBALG.A.P. Assessments

- Condense and assess inspection/audit discoveries.

- Convey inspection/audit findings/results to client site management or relevant client representatives.

- Formulate efficient work plans to accomplish assigned assessments/audits within specified deadlines.

- Foster and sustain effective communication with essential team members, including audit delivery and client teams.

Requirements

- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture with coursework directly related to plants and crops, excluding animals.

- Demonstrate at least 2 years of hands-on farm experience actively engaged in cultivating fruits, vegetables, crops, or flowers.

- Completion of a 1-day HACCP training and a 1-day food safety training.

- Obtain training as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.

- Complete training in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and in fertilizer management and handling of agrichemicals.

- Mandatory additional module qualifications should include Tesco Nurture Option 1 and Option 2, preferably with current approval and audit logs.

- Auditors must already hold GLOBALG.A.P. approval for IFA Option 1 and Option 2 and possess auditing experience with Tesco Nurture as a qualification.

- Additional module qualifications that would be advantageous, alongside Tesco Nurture, encompass the latest versions of SPRING, AH-DLL GROW, and LEAF Marque.

- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Hold a valid driving license and own a vehicle.

- Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel.

- Be prepared to be away from home base for 5 to 10 days at a stretch during peak seasons.

- Exhibit excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
