Overview

The Front Desk Executive will be in charge of answering phones, managing receptionist tasks, offering outstanding customer service, and successfully interacting with patients and their families on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns. • Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere. • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking messages and providing information. • Respond to emails, faxes and other correspondence. • Update patient information, medical history and billing details. • Ensure confidentiality and data security.

Requirements

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Knowledge of Proper Telephone Etiquette • Knowledge of Receptionist Tasks • Excellent organisational skills, the capacity to multitask and prioritise activities, and strong customer service abilities • Understanding medical jargon is advantageous. • It is desirable if you have prior healthcare expertise.
