Overview

The personal assistant will help with daily activities pertaining to project scope and energy development by managing communications, managing the diary, providing executive administrative support, and using clerical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized administrative support to senior executives/management. • Manage correspondence, emails and phone calls. • Coordinate schedules, appointments and meetings. • Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations and itineraries. • Manage calendars, reminders and notifications. • Handle internal and external communications (email, phone, mail). • Draft and disseminate reports, memos and documents. • Coordinate project meetings, workshops and events. • Maintain project records, files and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for executive administrative and personal assistance • Proficiency in Diary Management • Proficiency in Clerical Skills • Capacity to adjust to changing tactics and market possibilities • Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous, as are organisational abilities and attention to detail. • A business administration bachelor's degree or a similar discipline
