The role entails serving as a Sales Support Assistant, with the aim of expanding our clientele within the Chinese market and cultivating mutually advantageous and profitable partnerships with them.
To oversee and enhance relationships with current Chinese clientele in accordance with the Customer Value Proposition (CVP), engaging in price discussions, managing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and adhering to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Attainment of individual performance metrics will be designated to aid in organizational objectives achievement.
- Populate the SPANCOP pipeline with qualified Chinese accounts, identifying prospects through cold-calling, networking, and industry publications.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as established by the Non-Mining Sales Team Leader (STL).
- Strategically plan customer interactions and visits to deliver tailored services to existing and potential Chinese clients, with a primary focus on client retention and expansion.
- Enhance the value of existing Chinese client accounts through cross-selling, widening product ranges, and upselling.
- Comprehend the business requirements of Chinese clients, furnish product and service details, and leverage CVPs to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize Sales 1st tools within CRM proficiently.
- Take proactive responsibility for addressing HSSE concerns pertinent to job roles and work environments.
