As the leader of the marketing department, the marketing manager is in charge of organising, directing, and carrying out all marketing campaigns as well as daily marketing tasks.
• In charge of organising, directing, and carrying out all marketing campaigns as well as the bank's daily marketing operations • The chosen candidate will take the lead in creating and carrying out a marketing plan that complements the bank's overarching strategic goals. • Oversee, manage, and organise the marketing team. • Work together with the CEO-led management team to create focused marketing initiatives that will help the agency or brand reach its objectives. • To create appealing, appropriate, and marketable goods for the bank, you will oversee, direct, and enable the creation of new products. • Every month, evaluate how well the bank's goods and services are performing. • Implement focused marketing campaigns, including creating and coordinating digital and traditional advertising, agency signage, and website content. Ensure that all advertising formats adhere to marketing guidelines and compliance requirements. • To assist clients and the public with their financial needs, make sure the bank's website is updated with pertinent and current resources and information. • To evaluate customer preferences and overall market trends, conduct market surveys on a regular basis. • Monitor client satisfaction and continuous service quality by conducting frequent feedback exercises.
• A minimum of a level 3 professional marketing qualification or an excellent first degree, or an equivalent degree from an accredited university. • The ideal applicant will have proven expertise in marketing or a similar industry for at least five years.
