Forklift Operator

Overview

To ensure smooth daily operations, a wood processing company on Spintex Road is looking to hire a forklift driver. The driver will be responsible for operating industrial trucks (forklifts) to load and unload, managing administrative tasks, facilitating client communications, coordinating logistics, and supervising facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift • load and unload cargo from trucks and trailers. • Load and unload merchandise for clients. • Move items throughout the factory or warehouse at different locations. • Troubleshoot malfunctions, carry out preventative maintenance, suggest fixes, and conduct regular pre and post inspections to keep forklift equipment in good working order.
