Overview

Working as a Customer Experience Associate will provide you with the chance to obtain practical experience in a cooperative and encouraging setting.

Responsibilities

• To increase customer happiness, support the creation and application of a customer experience plan. • To guarantee flawless client experiences, cooperate with other team members. • Retain comprehensive and current understanding of our offerings. • Respond to consumer questions, orders, and complaints by phone, email, and social media. • Respond quickly to consumer concerns and give factual information. • Reach the KPIs for the customer experience outlined in the strategy. • Reports on the needs, issues, and interests of customers are provided by supply management. • Uphold the company's values to preserve its reputation. • As needed, complete related tasks to support teamwork.

Requirements

• A recent bachelor's degree graduate who is also a candidate for national service. • Adept at using the Microsoft Office Suite of products and have outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking. • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulousness. • The capacity to efficiently prioritise and multitask tasks.
