Recruitment Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR. • Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns and strategies. • Experience in managing recruitment teams or projects. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. • Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, HRCI). • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations and industry standards. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
