In addition to helping with sales transactions and product enquiries, the Sales and Customer Service Associate will be in charge of giving customers who visit the store exceptional customer service and support. They will also be in charge of making sure the store is well-stocked, aesthetically pleasing, and offers a remarkable customer experience.
• Offering amiable customer care to assist clients with their purchases • Taking care of client orders and delivery • Taking care of client requests, grievances, and comments and informing management • Educating consumers about skincare products and making product recommendations • Ensuring that goods are stocked and arranged on shelves. • Completing transactions using the point of sale (POS) system. • Selling and promoting at different marketing events • Plan in-store marketing initiatives with coworkers to boost sales and enhance the clientele's experience. • Every day, the shop is organised and cleaned. • Creating and packing presents for clients • Supporting the processes of product inventory management • Acquire product knowledge in order to upsell and cross-sell to clients. • To communicate with customers, commit in-store promotions and unique offers to memory.
• Minimum level of education Bachelor's degree or HND • Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities • French language proficiency is advantageous. • Fundamental mathematical abilities • A personable and amiable personality • Being on time • Capacity to work under pressure and sell Ability to work on the weekends and/or holidays • Able to work five days a week, including weekends, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
