We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share • Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify opportunities • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders • Negotiate and close deals, partnerships and strategic alliances • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales materials and proposals • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market changes • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines and performance reports • Identify and mitigate business risks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field • 2-5 years of business development experience • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools • Professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
