As an IT specialist, you will be in charge of overseeing and maintaining our clients' IT systems, making sure that their technological infrastructure runs smoothly and effectively. This position entails providing outstanding customer service, putting IT solutions into place, and fixing hardware and software problems.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, fix system outages, and offer technical support to clients. • System administration: oversee servers, networks, and client systems to maintain safe and effective IT environments. • Infrastructure Maintenance: To guarantee optimum performance, do routine maintenance, upgrades, and security audits on IT systems. • Implementation of IT Solutions: Support the development and use of technological solutions that enhance the effectiveness and infrastructure of clients' IT systems. • Client Communication: To meet clients' technical needs and give them status updates on ongoing projects, keep lines of communication open and efficient.
• Expertise: three to five years of management, development, or support expertise in IT. • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is a strength. • Strong technical abilities in assistance, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure. • Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills. • The capacity to operate autonomously in a remote setting. • Education: A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline is preferred.
