Responsibilities

  • With a warm and amiable disposition, you will manage Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations (including Check-in and Manifest preparation) services.

 

  • Your duties will encompass fare calculation, routing based on passenger preferences, furnishing schedule and fare details, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the passenger journey. You will efficiently handle reservation/booking requests and issue tickets for both domestic and international flights. Additionally, you will oversee processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and ticket returns.

 

  • Upon aircraft arrival, you will warmly greet passengers and facilitate smooth communication and coordination among the crew, handling agent, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and immigration. You will ensure accurate and complete preparation of all flight documents, place orders for daily catering services, and maintain thorough flight records. Following flights, you will accurately file documents and conduct statistical analysis of flight coupons.

 

  • In the event of lost baggage, you will diligently collaborate with the handling agent to locate and return lost items to their rightful owners, adhering to the compensation process as needed.

 

  • To aid in efficient management, you will record and register operational income, costs, financing, and financial statistical data in relevant IT systems such as SAP, ERP, and DOP.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or high school graduation.

- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil aviation.

- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

- Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).

- Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.

- A team player with the capability to work independently when required.

- Effective multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient knowledge and experience with a major Computer Reservations System (experience with Troya or Quickres is advantageous).

- Strong oral and written communication abilities.

- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and the capacity to make accurate and effective decisions.
