Your contribution is essential to creating important connections and partnerships that support our goal of improving technology education and employment opportunities. In order to increase learner exposure and promote graduate success, you will play a crucial role.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop connections with companies, trade groups, associations, academic institutions, and governmental organisations that strategically support our purpose, especially when it comes to hiring new students and placing recent graduates in employment. • Oversee negotiations by outlining roles, duties, and perks for both parties. Create partnership agreements that serve as the foundation for enduring, sustainable cooperation. • Oversee partnership lifecycle management and documentation. Make sure agreements are updated and reviewed frequently to reflect changing organisational goals and needs. • Collaborate with partners to plan and carry out co-branded activities, like seminars and events, and use these partnerships to expand your brand's visibility and market reach. • Evaluate the success of the relationship and give stakeholders optimisation suggestions and insights. • Build and preserve connections with government organisations while promoting laws that aid in efforts to create jobs, improve employment, and educate IT workers. • To improve and adapt partnership strategies and make sure they are in line with our organization's changing needs, actively seek out and incorporate input from internal teams as well as partners.

Requirements

• Five years or more in any kind of professional field. It will be helpful to have more project management, youth engagement, event activation and organisation, and community service experience. • Educational Background: A strong academic record and a bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French. It is advantageous to know other regional languages. • Relationship Management: Superior communication skills, a strong emphasis on customer service, and a dedication to always putting our customers' needs first. • Collaboration and Enterprise Growth Expertise: Demonstrated background in business growth and relationship management, with a talent for strategic planning and successful implementation.
