Overview

Daily administrative duties, such as scheduling, file organisation, communication, and office operations support, will fall under the purview of the administrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance. • Manage phone calls, emails and mail correspondence. • Respond to inquiries, provide information and resolve issues. • Prepare and distribute reports, documents and presentations. • Coordinate meetings, appointments and events. • Manage calendars for executives, teams or departments. • Ensure timely reminders and notifications. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and databases. • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. • Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Excellent time-management and organising abilities • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking • Capacity to efficiently multitask and prioritise tasks • Knowledge of office administration or a similar discipline • Accuracy and attention to detail • Familiarity with fundamental accounting concepts • A bachelor's or associate's degree in business administration or a related discipline
