• Working together with outside auditors to guarantee compliance and effective audit outcomes. • Communicating with other divisions, talking about and making clear company plans, and enhancing business performance procedures and system efficiency. • Verify adherence to relevant standards (such as IFRS, GAAP, and FASB), laws, policies, and internal control frameworks. • Gathering data for the yearly tax returns of the company. • Managing bank accounts, doing account reconciliations, and making on-time bank payments. • Educating both new and current employees on ERP systems and various financial processes in order to get them ready for their jobs. • Maintaining databases and financial systems while guaranteeing data integrity. Payroll and distribution reconciliation for employees. • Handling receipts and invoices. • Auditing, reviewing, and, if necessary, detecting financial irregularities in employee-submitted expense reports. • Representation of the company, filings, and rigorous adherence to local, state, and federal regulatory bodies.
• Shown experience working as a financial specialist or in a similar position. • Familiarity with bank payments, tax filing, and bookkeeping. • A degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
