A business development and sales executive in Kumasi is needed for this full-time, on-site position. Daily duties pertaining to account management, customer support, communication, sales, and business development are part of the position.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking and relationships. • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth. • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development initiatives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. • Manage sales pipeline, track opportunities and close deals. • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Identify and qualify new sales leads through outreach, networking and referrals. • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive lead generation. • Manage and update sales database (CRM) to ensure accuracy. • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. • Track and analyze sales performance metrics (conversion rates, sales cycle length). • Adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
