Reserve Account Manager

Overview

Driving brand equity, sales growth, and brand status inside certain outlets will be a key responsibility of yours. You will oversee customer relations, spot new prospects, and accomplish brand goals. This role requires a versatile person who can lead all facets of promotional efforts, develop strong industry relationships, and work with flexible schedules, including late-night events.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast with customer preferences and market trends, especially with regard to spirits, and use this knowledge to sway choices. • Show that you grasp the components, procedures, and international cocktail trends in order to provide scalable solutions that promote brand expansion. • Develop deep connections with internal team members and external clients to influence win-win situations and inspire brand loyalty. • Analyse market trends proactively to modify tactics and make sure that sales and brand goals are reached or surpassed. • Execute brand strategies with an emphasis on increasing sales and brand awareness in important accounts. • Even in the midst of ambiguity or uncertainty, exhibit responsibility and a solutions-focused mindset. • Keep an optimistic attitude while consistently looking for ways to innovate and better.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline. • Demonstrated success in sales or account management in the FMCG, spirits, or beverage sectors. • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities to oversee the development and implementation of promotional initiatives. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a track record of establishing and preserving important connections. • Thorough understanding of distributors, rivals, and important customer data. • The capacity to work a variety of hours, including weekends and late evenings. • A passion for luxury goods and a strong desire to be successful in the market for premium spirits.
