Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Technical Support • Respond to IT support requests from employees • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person System Maintenance • Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, servers, and networks • Update software and operating systems • Monitor system performance and optimize as needed Network Administration • Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) • Ensure network security and compliance • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues Hardware/Software Installation • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software • Ensure compatibility and integration with existing systems
• 2+ years of IT support experience • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
