The Receptionist will be responsible for providing front desk services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and performing general office duties. • Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment • Greet visitors, clients, and employees • Handle inbound calls, directing them to appropriate personnel • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events • Prepare and distribute meeting materials • Maintain accurate records and databases • Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages • Take and relay messages to staff and management • Prepare and send correspondence (letters, emails, faxes) • Maintain office supplies and inventory • Ensure proper functioning of office equipment
• Experience in front desk duties, administrative assistance, personal assistance, office management, etc. • We need someone with a strong personality GHS 2000- GHS2,500 Net
