Overview

Lead and manage a team of sales scouts to identify and secure new business opportunities, expand market share, and build strong relationships with customers within a designated geographic area.

Responsibilities

● Identify and engage with potential truck service providers. ● Develop and maintain relationships with truck owners and operators. ● Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new service providers. ● Ensure all service providers meet PIKHAUL standards and requirements. Strategy and Execution: ● Develop and execute plans to achieve targets. ● Track and report on performance and market trends. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns. ● Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote PIKHAUL

Requirements

• Experience with fleet management, maintenance, logistics, have large connections to drivers, etc. • Minimum of 3 years experience Salary Range: GHS2,500- GHS3,000 Net
