Channel Manager

Overview

A company is looking for a dedicated Channel Manager to oversee all aspects of their specific channel. This is a combination of personnel management, marketing strategy, and general logistics, so you need experience in all of these fields. However, you are able to delegate certain tasks in this role. You should be comfortable with sales forecasting so you have the proper resources and staff on hand when necessary. Our perfect candidate has a bachelor's degree in a field like marketing with than 5 years of experience in the wire industry, rich experience in channels in Ghana or some regions; if in other industries, more than 8 years of experience in channel management in Ghana.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relevant employees • Manage relationships with vendors and customers • Develop a strategy to improve efficiency and profitability • Create a marketing plan • Forecast sales to predict your labor and supply needs • Manage channel purchases and inventory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business • Sales or marketing experience • Leadership skills and experience • Strong communication abilities
