The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for establishing job descriptions, performing hiring and interviewing processes, and executing recruitment activities on a daily basis.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications. • Advertise job openings on company websites, social media, and job boards. • Source potential candidates through databases, referrals, and networking. • Screen resumes, cover letters, and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. • Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit. • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures. • Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and updates. • Notify candidates of application status, interview schedules, and job offers.
