Video Editor

Overview

Your job as a video editor will be to turn unprocessed material into visually appealing finished products. Working with both local and remote teams, you will produce top-notch videos that meet the needs of your clients.

Responsibilities

• To choose the finest takes, go over and arrange the raw video. • Edit videos by piecing together footage to create a cohesive and captivating end result. • Ensure excellent sound quality by synchronising audio (music, effects, and dialogue). • For better views, change the lighting and colour grading. • Incorporate animations, graphics, and visual effects to enhance narrative. • To align with project goals, work closely with directors, producers, and other stakeholders. • Make modifications in response to criticism and get videos ready for a range of outlets. • Organise project files systematically to facilitate reuse and access.

Requirements

• Expertise in impact-driven and documentary editing. • We are more interested in what you can do than in rigorous educational requirements. • To produce outstanding outcomes, work from the station you have been assigned in Ghana.
