Marketing Representative

Overview

It is your responsibility to find possible customers, explain the advantages of our virtual tours and property management services, and offer trustworthy recommendations. This job provides flexibility and a commission-based compensation plan, which includes performance bonuses for outstanding work.

Responsibilities

• Promote and Sell Services: Tell real estate brokers, developers, and property owners about our virtual tours and property management services. • Create Leads: Through community involvement, networking, and on-field marketing initiatives, find and interact with possible customers. • Provide High-Quality Referrals: Verify that the people making the referrals are truly interested in our services and fulfil our client eligibility requirements. • Build Relationships: Establish and preserve a good rapport with customers by informing them about upgrades and new products. • Reach Your Sales Goals: Reach and surpass sales goals to be eligible for more performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic, highly driven people who are ready to spread the word about our offerings. • Strong Communication Skills: Outstanding capacity to establish relationships with prospective customers and communicate our value proposition. • Field Marketing Experience: While prior sales or field marketing experience is preferred, we also accept motivated newbies. • Self-driven and goal-oriented: Capable of working on one's own, efficiently managing time, and hitting sales targets. • Understanding of the Real Estate Market: Having knowledge of real estate and property management will be beneficial.
