Managing and expanding our most significant client relationships falls within the purview of the Key Account Manager (KAM). Understanding the business goals of the client, creating strategic strategies to address those objectives, and guaranteeing the best possible level of customer satisfaction are all part of this function.
• Create and preserve enduring, solid connections with important clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for important accounts, quickly and efficiently attending to the requirements and concerns of clients. • Have frequent meetings with clients to discuss their business requirements, degree of satisfaction, and any emerging problems. • Determine where there are room for expansion in current accounts and create plans to take advantage of them. • Work together with the marketing and sales teams to create marketing campaigns and plans tailored to individual accounts. • Create and offer presentations to customers on new goods and services that can improve their company. • Create and carry out strategic account plans to meet financial objectives and client retention targets. • Track account performance and modify tactics as necessary to satisfy customer demands and corporate goals. • To increase profits and guarantee mutual satisfaction, negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. • Oversee the process of renewing current contracts to guarantee service continuity and sustain enduring client relationships. • Report on account status on a regular basis, covering client comments, account performance, and areas that need work. • Examine market patterns and rivalry to find fresh chances for expansion and creativity.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. It is preferred to have a master's degree. • It is beneficial to have a sales or account management certification. • At least two to five years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, ideally in the trade or financial services sector. • Demonstrated ability to manage important accounts and meet revenue growth goals. • Familiarity with global markets and customers. (Necessary) • Thorough knowledge of the financial services sector, especially as it relates to trading and investing. • Awareness of rival activity, market trends, and legal requirements.
