For our Takoradi and Koforidua locations, we are looking for Branch Managers that are results-driven and dynamic. The Branch Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the branch, promote business expansion, and guarantee that performance and sales goals are met.
• Oversee the branch's daily activities to make sure they run smoothly and effectively. • Market and advertise the company to find new clients and investigate specialised areas. • Oversee branch budgets and keep precise financial and statistical documentation. • Sell tour packages and travel goods while making sure that the needs of your clients are satisfied. • Find vacation places and goods that meet customer needs. • Reach and surpass productivity and branch performance goals. • Take part in familiarisation tours to new locations to learn about customer demands and market trends directly from the source. • Respond to consumer questions and make an effort to fulfil or surpass their needs. • Send the head office thorough monthly sales reports. • Encourage the sales force to meet and exceed goals in order to guarantee branch profitability. • In charge of hiring, choosing, educating, and keeping employees.
