Digital Content & Communications Intern

Overview

To join our expanding team, we are looking for a driven and imaginative intern in digital content and communications. For a student or recent graduate looking to get practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content development, this position is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Compose, revise, and proofread a range of digital content, including as articles, blog entries, website copy, email newsletters, social media captions, and promotional materials. • Keep abreast of current trends and conduct research on subjects linked to the sector. • Generate a list of fresh formats and content concepts. • Help with the management and expansion of our social media presence on a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Make interesting reels, stories, and posts for social media and plan them out. • Keep an eye out for mentions on social media platforms and interact with followers. • Support for Digital Marketing: Help with the implementation of digital marketing initiatives. • Assist with email marketing campaigns, such as newsletter draughting and email template creation. • Monitor and evaluate social media and content-related key performance indicators (KPIs). • Administrative help: As required, offer the marketing and communications team general administrative help.

Requirements

• Holding a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a similar discipline, or having just finished one. • Outstanding editing, proofreading, and writing abilities. • Solid knowledge of social networking sites and recommended procedures. • Fundamental understanding of the concepts of digital marketing. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite. • It is advantageous to have knowledge of graphic design programs like Canva and content management systems (CMS). • outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. • Strong attention to detail and organising abilities. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • A cheerful disposition and a desire to learn.
