DevOps Engineer

Overview

To help build and maintain the front-end and infrastructure supporting our ground-breaking platform, we are seeking a DevOps & JavaScript Engineer. As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to the front-end development of our AI-powered platform and assist in maintaining the infrastructure that underpins it. To guarantee a smooth integration into development workflows, you will work with our security-focused platform, automate deployments, and enhance cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Create and put into use scalable, safe, and effective CI/CD pipelines with Amplify and other AWS services. • To guarantee scalability, security, and dependability, automate infrastructure deployments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and related technologies. • To enable smooth deployment and scalability, manage containerised apps with Docker and additional container orchestration technologies. • Work together with developers to integrate apps with GitHub for CI/CD automation and version control. • To guarantee excellent performance and economy, cloud environments should be monitored and optimised. • Use reliable logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to keep your system up and react to problems fast. Work together with security teams to incorporate automated security checks into CI/CD and infrastructure processes.

Requirements

• Strong background with Amplify and AWS services, especially in application deployment and management. • Knowledge of container orchestration tools and expertise with container technologies, especially Docker. • Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible. • Knowledgeable with version control technologies, especially GitHub and Git. • Solid knowledge of CI/CD techniques and resources. • Proficiency in the programming language JavaScript. • Knowledge of incident management procedures and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog). • Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on developing software securely. • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
