The Human Resource Coordinator will be in charge of daily HR policy implementation, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR management.
• HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing new hires, and terminating employees. • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies. • Policy Implementation: Interpret and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs. • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment efforts, schedule interviews, and facilitate new hire onboarding. • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Benefits of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) Skills Experience in administration and employee relations; familiarity with HR policies and procedures • Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities • Proficiency in handling sensitive data and maintaining secrecy Proficiency with HR software and systems • A bachelor's or diploma in human resources or a similar discipline
