This position will play a key role in determining our strategic direction, carrying out market research, and overseeing our interactions with stakeholders and investors.
Developing and Putting into Practice a Strategy: • Perform thorough industry research to help guide strategic choices. • Work together with upper management to create and improve company strategy. • Keep an eye on and evaluate the competitive landscape, market developments, and regulatory environment. • Put strategic initiatives into action and monitor their development. Relations with Investors: • act as company's main point of contact with its shareholders, analysts, and investors. • Create and preserve a solid rapport with the investing community. • Create and give presentations for roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings. • Handle investor questions and make sure you get accurate and timely answers. Reporting on Performance: • Create and keep up a strong mechanism for reporting strategy performance. • Create frequent reports on strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Show top management and the board the performance results. • Determine what needs to be improved and suggest solutions. Reporting to the Board: • Create thorough board reports on performance, strategy, and positioning in the market. • Present results and respond to enquiries during board meetings. • Make sure the board members are aware of the performance and strategic direction of the company. Analysing finances: • Examine financial records and performance indicators to assist in making strategic decisions. • Work together with the finance team to make sure that the financial and strategic goals are in line. • Offer financial analysis to assist with board reports and investor relations.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar discipline • At least five to seven years of experience in investor relations, strategy, or finance • demonstrated expertise in performing competitive analysis and industry research • strong knowledge of performance measures and financial statements • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking • Capacity to effectively communicate difficult ideas to a range of audiences • Knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
