Overview

You will be in charge of finding and seizing new business prospects, developing strategic alliances, and providing customised solutions to satisfy customer demands. You will lead initiatives to create our footprint, cultivate connections with important stakeholders, and propel revenue growth for the firm using your proficiency in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a thorough company development plan to break into the Ghanaian market and meet sales goals. • Determine and rank prospective customers and strategic partners in government, financial, and telecoms organisations. • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with important stakeholders and decision-makers in order to comprehend their demands and properly position our solutions. • Oversee the whole sales process, from lead creation and prospecting to deal negotiation and closure. • Work together with cross-functional teams to customise solutions to meet customer needs while guaranteeing alignment with corporate goals and providing services that create value. • Keep abreast with market conditions, competition activity, and industry trends to guide strategic choices and spot expansion prospects.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. • Shown performance in sales and business development, along with at least ten years of software industry expertise. • Shown capacity to close business, negotiate contracts, and boost income in a cutthroat industry. • Strong familiarity with Ghana's environment, including its networks and connections. An additional benefit will be connections in the government, financial services, or telecommunications industries. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish rapport, sway others, and clearly explain difficult solutions. • Having a strategic perspective, being able to assess market trends, spot possibilities, and create workable strategies to propel company expansion.
