Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you will collaborate closely with your team to deliver prompt, comprehensive, and helpful support to our clients. Our ideal applicant is inquisitive, sympathetic, meticulous, capable of critical thought and problem-solving, and appreciates assisting companies in getting back on their feet. You will go above and beyond for our clients since you are a skilled communicator who seeks out the best solution to an issue rather than merely maintaining the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues via social media, live chat, phone, or email. • Keep up of all merchant trends, comments, and grievances, and communicate your findings with internal teams to improve merchant support. • Elevate transaction problems and communicate with other parties, such banks, to find a solution. • Find proactive approaches to enhance the company sign-up and account activation process. • Handle standard requests, including reviews, disputes, and requests for business activation. • To ensure that clients receive answers promptly, use the self-serve Help Desk knowledge base. • Assist Key Account Managers in fulfilling the demands of our biggest clients. • Collaborate with designated Product Teams to fully comprehend and enhance a few features of our product line.

Requirements

• Possess comparable expertise in any of the following fields: contact centre, finance, insurance, corporate software, IT, and e-commerce. • Even when everyone else is going crazy, you have an infinite amount of tolerance and composure. • Be a living example of servant leadership by showing that you genuinely care about your clients and are willing to go above and beyond to ensure their success. • possess outstanding writing and English language skills and can convey complicated concepts in an engaging manner. • Recognise the value of following up, whether it is with team members on behalf of clients or with clients to let them know that their problem is being addressed.
