Overview

Prepares, distributes, and maintains office equipment and workstations in good working order, offering end users level 1 incident care.

Responsibilities

• Identifies problems end users have and offers technical support. • Gives end users precise information throughout the issue handling procedure. • To make it easier to monitor reoccurring issues and service delivery, end users' problems are recorded and documented in the technical database. • May provide people basic instruction on how to utilise computers and software as efficiently as possible. • Aids in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware.

Requirements

• Professional degree with no more than two years of experience • Strong familiarity with IT standards and processes • The ability to solve problems • Customer service and customer focus • Communication abilities
