Overview

In charge of professionally marketing the company's commercial goods and services while assisting in the establishment and upkeep of fruitful working relationships with renters and clients.

Responsibilities

• The Associate will effectively complete leasing agreements while making sure that customers are happy with the goods and services. • Give the department or unit the most recent information on market trends and conditions. • From site acquisition and entitlements to design, building, and leasing, help oversee and coordinate the whole development process. • Track and document the performance of assets in commercial real estate. • Help negotiate leases and other contracts and see them through to completion. • Offer assistance in the creation and application of asset management plans. • Offer assistance and growth into new industries and regions. • Helps with company lease prospecting and looks for ways to extend current leases. • Helps achieve predetermined revenue targets. • Investigate possible investment prospects thoroughly. • To guarantee seamless transaction procedures, coordinate with the finance, legal, and other departments. • Take part in site visits and property excursions. • helps to address the needs, grievances, and issues of clients. • Keep abreast with changes in regulations and industry trends. • Help with the creation of presentations and marketing collateral. • Keeps management updated on major issues, shifts in the competitive landscape, and industry activity. • Correctly and promptly completes and submits the necessary documents and reports.

Requirements

• Degree in real estate and land economy. • Five years or more of experience in a comparable position • Good familiarity with the services offered by the company. • knowledge of the competitive landscape and product positioning. • Principles and strategies for marketing and negotiating. • outstanding ability to negotiate. • Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders and renters in an efficient manner. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity for rapid thought and handling of unforeseen circumstances. • Excellent analytical abilities, meticulousness, and the capacity to decipher facts and patterns to guide choices. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work well with stakeholders outside of the department. • Customer-focused and knowledgeable about maximising the value of connections.
