Leading and motivating the telesales outbound team to meet client retention goals while assisting campaigns for optimal conversion rates and revenue is your responsibility as the telesales team leader. Assure excellent standards, offer growth coaching and training, and facilitate good team communication.
• Lead the Telesales outbound team, motivating, empowering, and assisting them to meet the company's outbound campaign goals for client retention. • Encourage telesales efforts to increase margins, revenue, and conversion rates. • Make sure the group upholds high standards of quality, giving accurate and comprehensive information, sticking to proper procedures, and protecting customers in each transaction. • By identifying skill gaps and providing coaching and training, the Telesales Representatives may be developed. • Provide all team members with information in a timely, accurate, and understandable manner. • Organise team briefings according to the work force management's schedule and the manager(s)' weekly performance evaluation agenda.
• Education: a diploma in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar discipline. • expertise: Exhibited more than two years of telesales, customer support, or sales management expertise, with a focus on non-voice platforms including social media, chat, and email. • Leadership: Encourage and encourage team members to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service by exercising excellent leadership and team management skills. • Analytical Skills: Skilled in CRM systems and related software tools, adept at analysing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
