• Experience (CX) Monitoring and Analysis. Evaluate customer experience survey data, track metrics, and identify important areas for change. • Oversee internal brand performance tracking research using performance tracking. • Compile all rival monitoring and intelligence-gathering efforts. • Services study (Tracking) includes Retail Audit creating research strategies, both quantitative and qualitative, for items at every step of the Product Life Cycle Retail Audit project. • Key internal and external report performance reporting to give a clear picture and comprehension of the market and consumers. • Internal KPIs to assist with comprehensive reporting. • Assurance (Projects for Research) Give agencies a brief to act as a point of reference for their research and oversee the creation of research instruments. • and assessment Evaluate all marketing communications—ATL, events, and sponsorships—in-house. • Planning Research and Budget Management Plan, track, and assess the department's financial performance.
• A bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, marketing, or a similar field of study. • Five years of market research experience, three of which must have been spent in a supervisory capacity.
