Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks to guarantee effectiveness and adherence to the contractor's guidelines. • Distribute spending to suppliers and staff. • oversees procurements and makes sure contractor requirements are followed. • Prepares administrative and narrative reports on time, adhering to the contractor's guidelines. • Ensure effective administration of cash, bank accounts, and associated reconciliations weekly. • Oversight of the annual financial report. • Oversees the day-to-day logistics and office operations.

Requirements

• A business administration bachelor's degree, or a similar degree. • Five years of administrative management experience. • Understanding Ghanaian accounting laws in light of the annual financial report. • Being aware of both active and passive invoice registration. • Familiarity with double-entry accounting. • Proficiency with administrative reporting tools and management software, such as Microsoft Dynamics. • Strong familiarity with the Office suite, especially with Microsoft Excel. • The capacity to collaborate with others.
