Videographer/Video Editor

Overview

Tasks include video production, camera operation, lighting setup, filming, and employing cameras to collect footage are all part of the job description. For a variety of tasks, the videographer/editor will be in charge of producing captivating visual material.

Responsibilities

• Footage Review: Review and organize raw footage, selecting relevant clips for editing. • Storytelling: Assemble footage into a cohesive narrative, ensuring pacing, tone, and continuity. • Visual Effects: Add visual effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance visual storytelling. • Sound Design: Edit and mix audio tracks, adding music, sound effects, and voiceovers. • Color Correction: Adjust color, brightness, and contrast to achieve desired visual aesthetic. • Final Cut: Deliver final edited video, ensuring accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Lighting and video production abilities • Using and shooting a camera Proficiency in utilising professional cameras and videography • Capacity to modify and improve video content Proficiency with video editing software Exceptional inventiveness and attention to detail • outstanding time-management and organising abilities • Prior experience in the entertainment sector is advantageous. • A degree or certification in media studies, film production, or a similar subject
