Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People and Culture to lead our organization's human resources and cultural development initiatives. The successful candidate will foster a positive and inclusive work environment, drive talent acquisition and retention, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with business goals. • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning. • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being. • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems and processes. • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives, ensuring a culture of belonging and equity. • Organizational Development: Lead change management and organizational design initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • 8-10 years of experience in HR leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and cultural development. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Certification in HR or organizational development (e.g., SHRM-CP, OD Certification).
