We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing and Administrative Personnel to support our marketing efforts and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Marketing Assignments: • Create and put into action marketing plans to raise brand recognition, services, and real estate listings. • Take care of social media profiles and provide interesting material to draw in new customers. • Create and distribute marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and brochures. Administrative Tasks: • Assist the real estate team administratively, including calendar management and appointment scheduling. • Updating and maintaining property listings and client databases. • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and questions from stakeholders and clients.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline (recommended). • Prior administrative and marketing expertise, ideally in the real estate industry. • Competent with marketing software and tools as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Strong communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. • The capacity to function both alone and together. • Outstanding attention to detail and organizing abilities. • Trends in the real estate industry are advantageous to know.
