Warehouse Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Warehouse Specialist to oversee our data inventory and support our smooth operations as our Kumasi branch grows.

Responsibilities

• Utilize warehouse management technologies to keep precise inventory data. To improve inventory management, keep an eye on stock levels, track inventory movements, and provide reports. • Keep an eye on the receiving of incoming goods, make sure all paperwork is in order, and make sure the products match the purchase orders. • Precisely select and package orders in accordance with client specifications, guaranteeing prompt and accurate delivery. • In order to guarantee data accuracy and quickly resolve inconsistencies, conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts. • Help keep a warehouse environment that is secure, orderly, and clean while maximizing storage options for effective operations. • To support smooth operations and organize inventory needs, collaborate closely with the sales and logistics departments.

Requirements

• A high school completion or its equivalent is required; a degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar discipline is preferred. • shown expertise in warehouse operations or inventory management. • proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and warehouse management software. • Strong analytical and attention to detail abilities. • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
